SIPNOSIS
[b]La serie sigue la vida de Ichigo Kurosaki, un estudiante de instituto
de 15 años que tiene la facultad de ver espíritus. Un día una shinigami
(literalmente "dios de la muerte" en japonés) llamada Rukia Kuchiki
termina en casa de Ichigo persiguiendo un "Hollow" (vacío en inglés,
que es un espíritu maligno creado por la extrema tristeza de un alma
muy apegada a algo terrenal o por ser devorada por otro Hollow) que
ataca a su familia siguiendo el aroma del gran "reiatsu" (poder
espiritual) que Ichigo posee. En el transcurso de la lucha Rukia es
herida gravemente, por lo que decide transferir una parte de sus
poderes a Ichigo convirtiéndolo en "shinigami".

A partir de aquí, comienzan las aventuras de Ichigo y Rukia, y a
medida que transcurre la serie, se va profundizando la trama y se van
desentrañando misterios del mundo de los "shinigami", la "Sociedad de
Almas", y la acción toma lugar tanto en este mundo como en el "otro".

El destino de los shinigami es: guiar hasta la "Sociedad de Almas"
a los "Plus" (Positivos, espíritus muy ligados a la tierra pero que no
son malvados) mediante el "entierro del alma" y "purificar" los
"Hollow", lo que consiste en atacarles con una "Zanpakutoh"(espada
segadora de almas que porta todo shinigami) y enviarles a la "Sociedad
de Almas" como a los "Plus", de esta manera protegen a las almas y a
los seres humanos, manteniendo el balance en ambos mundos.

前半はマユリを技術開発局の副局長にしようって話

In the first half Mayuri is made assistant director of the technological development bureau.
Next the young Byakuya and Yoruichi seem involved in something together…(implies a relationship).
Ukitake talks to Kaien about a new member that appears to be a young prodigy.
Then we are taken to a scene where Gin kills the 5th divisions current 3rd seat in front of Aizen.

En
la primera mitad, Mayuri toma el cargo de director asistente del
departamento de desarrollo tecnologico. El joven Byakuya y Yourichi
parecen involucrados en algo juntos...(implica una relación (o.O)).
Ukitake habla con Kaien sobre un nuevo miembro que parece ser un joven prodigio(Hitsugaya?...parece que no).
Luego vemos una escena donde Gin mata al 3er oficial de la 5ª división, en frente de Aizen.

浮竹「年の頃は…そうだな　朽木隊長のお孫さんの白哉くんがいるだろう？｣
カイエン「あーあのナマイキな」
浮竹「そうそう　彼と同じか少し下くらいらしいんだが…
入隊と同時に席官の座が用意されてるそうだよ」

Ukitake: His age... That's right, Captain Kuchiki's grandson Byakuya-kun is there, right?
Kaien: Ah, the arrogant one.
Ukitake: Right, right. Is he the same age? Although he seems slightly younger...

Ukitake: El Nieto del capitan Kuchiki, Byakuya esta ahi, no?
Kaien: Ahhh...el chico arrogante...
Ukitake: Si, tiene la misma edad,no? Aunque él parece mas joven...

ギンが三席を殺した理由は、詳しくは書かれてない
だけど、ギンが席官の座を用意されてる程、強いから、
藍染が実力を見たんだと思う

Gin
realmente no tenia motivo para matarlo (que se diga en la
historia)...Pero Aizen al verlo considera darle un puesto de oficial al
ver su poder.

The group sent in advance have all disappeared from the camp so the 12th division are called to investigate.
The
9th division members seem to be dead and someone attacks Kensei from
behind. Mashiro hasn’t seen anything cos she was sleeping in a tent
while the attack took place. A message has been sent to all division
captains for an urgent meeting. Hiyori and Kisuke are already headed
for the scene.

The front colour page has young Ichimaru,
Byakuya, Hisagi, Soi Fon, Mayuri and Muguruma’s 9th division group.
There is even the young version of Akon and the girl with glasses.
Urahara is testing a new trial gigai (related to avoiding whatever is
happening I believe). Kensei is showing a softer caring side personally
taking care of Mashiro’s injuries.

gigai ( relacionado con lo que va a pasar, creo). Kensei muestra una
actitud más suave preocupandose y curando las heridas de Mashiro.
